Our very first MYM ride took place here so we have a sweet spot for Annadel; the rocks, the heat, the mountain lions, the poison oak. So good. This year we will meet downtown at the parking lot on 5th St, between B st. and Mendocino, for a 10am departure. We recommend parking at least several blocks away if not more and riding over, because it will be super busy downtown. There will be booths set up for a bike show there, so just look for that. There will also be a town ride that follows the bike path out to Sebastopol and back if you’d rather stay away from dirt. The Mountain bike ride will head to the trailhead at Howarth park or Stonehedge depending on who’s leading us. We’ll head up Marsh to Canyon to Ridge and regroup at the end of Ridge to decide if we need to split the group. All told you would be looking at 15-25 miles depending on if you do the whole loop. Both rides will end up back at the Bike Expo where you can get beer and food, in that order.
