October is jam packed. First up is the Paragon Machine Works China Camp overnighter. We’ll kick it off Saturday the 4th at 3 PM from the Back Ranch Meadow Campground with a moderately difficult 11 mile single track loop that includes switchbacks and some rocky/rutted terrain. There will be a staggered start with Shredders leaving first, followed by Nearly-Shredders, with those who want to move at a slower pace and take in the scenery going last. Kids are encouraged to participate. Please join us after the ride for sausages and sides. Remember to bring water along for the ride and beverages for after. There are a limited number of tent sites available for Saturday night at the Back Ranch Meadow Campground. Priority will be given to the Makers, with the rest filled on a first-come-first-served basis. Check the map on the MYM site for directions to the campground. Anyone not camping and just riding will need to purchase a $3 day pass at the kiosk and park on the road outside the gate. E-mail donna(@)paragonmachineworks.com if you are interested in staying overnight. Sunday there will be pancakes and probably another ride if you’re up to it.
